Heck yea! We require a $250 non-refundable retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. While the retainer is non-refundable, if you need to cancel, we offer a one-time courtesy rescheduling if you provide sufficient notice (30 days or more before your event date).

For most experiences, we require a space of at least 10x10 with access to power. Smaller venue? No power source? No problem. Let us know so we can discuss your options. Please note any outside set ups require pre-approval.

Yes! We carry General liability insurance with $1,000,000 in coverage which can be provided to your venue If needed.

Almost All of our photo experiences include an attendant to manage the booth and guide your guests.

An open-air photo booth can typically accommodate a group of around 6 to 10 people comfortably, depending on the setup and the space available. Some setups might even fit more if you have a larger backdrop and enough room.

Absolutely. Almost every single part of our photo experience is customizable including the backdrop!

Yes, setup is included! Our team typically arrives 60-90 minutes before your event for setup and takes about 30 minutes for breakdown afterward. If you need us to arrive earlier or breakdown outside of these windows, we offer idle hours at $50 per hour to accommodate your schedule.
